On April 18, 2026, a seminar was held at Khazar University for students enrolled in the Graduate School of Business and Economics and the Faculty of Economics and Management, featuring a presentation by Fatma Gurbanova, Agile Consultant and Process Expert at Kapital Bank. Both MBA and undergraduate students attended the event.

The seminar focused on three core areas: the agile management approach, digital transformation, and the renewal of business processes through technology, as well as leadership skills.

Gurbanova explained the practical application of Agile methodology, the impact of digital transformation, and effective leadership through real-world case studies. She noted that success is tied not only to technology, but also to agile thinking and sound process management.

The interactive format of the seminar contributes to the development of students' analytical thinking and practical skills. The event was met with keen interest as a successful example of university–industry collaboration.
