A delegation of Khazar University held a business meeting at Yeditepe University, one of Türkiye's leading higher education institutions, on April 14, 2026.

The delegation is led by the founder of Khazar University and Chairman of the Board of Directors and Trustees, Prof. Acad. Hamlet Isakhanli. Khazar University Rector Dr. Razia Isaeva, Dean of the Graduate School of Science, Art and Technology Dr. Gunel Bahaddinova, as well as Dean of the School of Natural Sciences and Engineering Dr. Fakhrandah Afandiyeva are among the members of the delegation.

The delegation first held a meeting with Yeditepe University Rector Prof. Dr. Mehmet Durman, followed by broad discussions with faculty members.

At the conclusion of the meeting, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between Khazar University and Yeditepe University.

Discussions were held on the development of academic ties, the expansion of research collaboration opportunities, and future joint initiatives.

As part of the program, the delegation also visited the university's biotechnology laboratory.

During the tour of the laboratory, detailed information was provided on the research areas conducted there, the modern technologies employed, and scientific activities. Meeting participants also discussed prospects for the implementation of joint projects and the further deepening of cooperation in the future.
