The reputation of Khazar University is met with warm acclaim both within the country and beyond its borders. The strong science, education, and social activities of Khazar University, its continuous development programs, care for students and specialists, and its values are a source of great pride for every citizen. The growing interest of young people in this University is no coincidence. As an organization engaged in education and teaching, we are also delighted by Khazar University's continued successes and hold the work done in very high regard. In these achievements, one cannot fail to mention the invaluable role of the great scholar and professor, Hamlet teacher Isakhanli.

"Education and Training Services" LLC was founded in 2023. The core mission of ETS is the training of highly qualified specialists and their development to find a wider place in the modern labor market. "ETS" LLC carries out trainings, mentoring programs, job preparation, and consulting services covering the oil and gas sector, alternative energy, management, self-development models, and support for scientific work. Our organization has been actively operating since its founding and has organized a large number of events during this time. One of these events is the 1st Conference titled "The Future of the Oil and Gas Industry: New Horizons," which we co-organized with Khazar University and the "Petroleum Geologists Society" Public Union, and we express our deep gratitude to you for the great support you showed in organizing this event.

This year, Khazar University celebrated its 35th anniversary. I feel a sense of pride in having personally served as a teacher at this prestigious, internationally recognized, first English-language university in Azerbaijan. We wish that the affairs of our beloved Khazar University may always flourish, and that its branches — made up of students — may shed light for ages to come!
