An exhibition titled "Art for Cultural Diplomacy: Azerbaijan — Where East Meets West" was organized at the United Nations Headquarters in New York City, USA, on the occasion of Novruz holiday. The exhibition catalogue featured remarks by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev on Novruz and Azerbaijani culture.

Elmira Novruzova, a second-year student of the Architecture program at the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Engineering of Khazar University, also participated in this international exhibition, organized with the organizational support of the Permanent Mission of Azerbaijan to the United Nations. She successfully represented Azerbaijani culture and art at the international level through her creative works.

The opening ceremony of the exhibition was held on March 23. Islam Bakhshaliyev, Director of the "Dirchalis" Youth Social-Psychological Rehabilitation Centre, delivered a speech at the opening. Within the framework of the event, participants were presented with certificates, exhibition catalogues, and commemorative gifts.
