Khazar University Rector Dr. Raziyya Isayeva and Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Dr. Ulkar Isayeva held a meeting at the School of Medicine of Jiaotong University on March 5, 2026, as part of their visit to China. During the meeting, a presentation by the School of Medicine provided detailed information about the faculty's activities, research opportunities, and academic achievements.

The delegation then visited Jiaotong University's medical laboratories, gaining firsthand familiarity with its research and innovation capabilities.

Cooperation opportunities — including student exchange programs, joint research projects, and scholarship programs — were also discussed.

During meeting information was shared regarding universities' biomedical research capacities, with mutual knowledge exchange and future collaboration prospects being highlighted.
