Khazar University Rector Dr. Razia Isaeva and Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Dr. Ulker Isaeva visited Fudan University's Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park on March 4, 2026.

The delegation familiarized themselves with the operations of the Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Integrated Circuit and Biomedical Park. During the visit, detailed information was provided on the park's innovation infrastructure, cutting-edge solutions applied in the field of high technology, and research capabilities.

The delegation also visited the Zhangjiang International Brain Imaging Centre and the Center for Global AI Innovative Governance, where they learned about ongoing research in the fields of neuroscience, brain imaging technologies, and artificial intelligence.

A closed-format roundtable discussion addressed models of academic cooperation, the development of joint programs, and the implementation of collaborative research projects, with an agreement reached on cooperation in the fields of neuroscience and artificial intelligence.

The visit is of significant importance in terms of expanding Khazar University's international cooperation strategy and strengthening ties with Asia's leading innovation hubs.
