On October 24, 2025, Elchin Asgarov, Art Director of Maverick Agency, conducted a seminar titled "Find Balance in Design!" organized by the Department of Architecture and Design at Khazar University. The seminar explained how the concept of balance in design is established through harmony among elements such as form, color, composition, and typography. Additionally, the importance of finding balance between creativity and career planning during the student years was emphasized.

The purpose of the seminar was also to show participants ways to create the right balance between professional and personal development. The seminar was both interesting and educational for students majoring in Design at the Department of Architecture and Design.
