The book "Victory with Ilham Aliyev-20" dedicated to the activities of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev by Shahin Aliyev, a fourth-year student of Khazar University's School of Economics and Management, has been published by "Ecoprint" publishing house. The book was reviewed by the member of the Milli Majlis, writer-journalist Agil Abbas, and the editor is the head of Amid TV.az and  NeWsTv24 websites, journalist Aygun Mammadova. Cheyhun Mammadov, MP of the Milli Majlis, Doctor of Philosophy in Theology, wrote "Foreword" to the book.

In the chapters of the book entitled "Ilham Aliyev's life and political career", "Karabakh victory", "Ilham Aliyev's role in international relations", "Ilham Aliyev's role in the Turkish world", "Azerbaijan - Non-Aligned Movement: Ilham Aliyev's leadership and international justice", as well as , in the sections dedicated to reforms in education, sports and youth policy, the multifaceted successful domestic and foreign activities of the President of Azerbaijan are discussed. In the comprehensive overview chapter titled  "Perspectives of Local and Foreign Public, Political, and Cultural Figures on President Ilham Aliyev," the book features insights from state, political, and cultural figures from Azerbaijan, Türkiye, Northern Cyprus, Bulgaria, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Kirkuk, and the Netherlands. Poems of Azerbaijani and Turkish poets are featured in the "Poems dedicated to President Ilham Aliyev" section. Chapters in the book are accompanied by photographs.

The book is elegantly printed.
