The 1st volume of the encyclopedia "Successful Azerbaijan Students" was published by the Student Education Center. Among the students included in the encyclopedia, Sahin Vugar Aliyev, a fourth-year student of Khazar University's School of Economics and Management, was included. The encyclopedia provides information about the trainings, conferences, certificates, awards, medals and books he authored during his studies.

Note that Shahin Aliyev, who worked as the head of the Public Relations and Propaganda Department of the Young Patriots Public Union, continues his activities as the chairman of the Everlasting Union Youth Public Union, which he established. At the same time, he is a member of the board of the representative office of the BZT Academy of Türkiye in Azerbaijan, a representative of the International Union of People's Diplomacy of Kazakhstan on work with youth. He was selected as an adviser on the Turkic world of the International Information Agency, a consultant of the UN partner - the International Committee for the Protection of Human Rights. He is a Patriots Award winner for his attention to the families of martyrs and veterans. He was awarded the Haji Zeynalabdin Taghiyev medal of the first degree and the medal of the Zaporozhian Cossacks of Ukraine. Engaged in numerous social and political organizations, he is also an author of theses,  projects and the book "Victory with Ilham Aliyev-20," dedicated to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev.
