The article authored by Shahin Aliyev, a student of Khazar University's School of Economics and Management, as the chairman of "Everlasting Unity" Youth Public Union, was published in the March edition of the International Journal of the Congress of African Journalists.
In the article, Shahin Aliyev discussed the presence of President Ilham Aliyev and "Iron Fist" posters at the action in New Caledonia. He also addressed President Aliyev's remarks during Azerbaijan's Non-Aligned Movement chairmanship, focusing on the global rise of neo-colonialism, exemplified by France. Additionally, he highlighted the lack of respect for the rights and freedoms of the peoples of Mayotte Island in the Qamar Archipelago, as well as those of New Caledonia and other overseas communities and territories.
