On March 30, 2024, the final event of the "Smart Solutions" incubation program, funded by the Innovation and Digital Development Agency under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport, was organized by Khazar University Development Center.

Raziya Isayeva, head of the Khazar University Development Center, opened the event, gave brief information about the project and wished everyone success.

Then, the dean of the School of Economics and Management, Jeyhun Mammadov, made a speech and talked about the importance of startups for young people. Nigar Abdullayeva, a staff member of the Innovation and Digital Development Agency, acknowledged the successful completion of the 6-month program in her speech, expressing gratitude to project manager Mahin Jabrayilova and project coordinator Sabina Guluyeva. She also underscored the opportunities provided by the Innovation and Digital Development Agency for youth involvement in such programs.

In the next part of the event, all teams presented their ideas and answered the jury's questions.

After the break, the winning teams were determined :

 1st place - ECWA-Express connection with an ambulance device

 Afat Ahmadova, Shafa Yusifova, and Aisha Bashirli, senior students majoring in Chemistry-Biology at Khazar University, were awarded 3,000 Manats as first-place winners.

2nd place - Medappoint-Medical appointment app

Yusif Oruclu, Ugur Huseynli, Fatima Alizadeh, and Roya Yusifbeyli, who are master's degree students studying Computer Systems and Networks at Khazar University, along with Roya Yusifbeyli, a third-year Journalism student at Baku State University, received a 2000 manat prize as the second-place winners.

3rd place - Eagleeye- Mine Detecting drones

Ali Shikhali and Eljan Huseynzade, who are studying IT at Baku Eurasia University, along with Nihad Aliyev, who is studying Oil and Gas Engineering at the French-Azerbaijani University, received a 1000 manat prize as the third-place winners.

Prizes were presented to the winners.
