Gunel Bahaddinova, the scientific secretary of the council, addressed the third agenda item, focusing on the publication of educational material titled "Introduction to Azerbaijan National Studies," authored by Dr. Orkhan Valiyev, the Department Head of Political Sciences and Philosophy, for bachelor-level higher education institutions. The attendees deliberated on this matter during the meeting. The chairperson then introduced the subsequent agenda item, emphasizing the importance of Khazar University researchers striving to publish articles in highly indexed journals. The university will provide comprehensive support to facilitate this endeavor for all staff.
