On December 26, 2023, the Department of Architecture and Design at Khazar University organized an exhibition titled "In the Light of Khazar" in the Marble Hall. Prof. Acad. Hamlet Isakhanli, the university's founder and chairman of the Board of Directors and Trustees, inaugurated the event, extending best wishes for success to both faculty members and students in their creative pursuits.

Then Honored teacher and artist Yashar Samadov, as well as teachers Shafiga Yusupova and Narmin Gasimova shared their thoughts on the exhibition, emphasizing its primary goal of supporting and inspiring students in the realm of creativity. Second-year Fine Arts student Nazli Asgarova showcased her diverse paintings at the exhibition, expressing gratitude to the department's management for their attention to students.

Faculty members including Hasanaga Hasanov, Mehdi Samadi, Shafiga Yusupova, Iskander Mammadov, Nigar Aliyeva, design teacher Narmin Gasimova, and art critic Assoc. Prof. Khazar Zeynalov also exhibited their artworks, covering various subjects and demonstrating support for emerging talents.

The exhibition garnered significant interest from guests, students, and faculty members in attendance.

To symbolize the unity of students and teachers, a thank-you plaque named "In the Light of Khazar" was presented at the exhibition's conclusion.
