On December 12, 2023, a gathering took place at Khazar University, hosting representatives from China's Hebei University of Economics and Business. The attendees included Li Guijun, Vice President of Hebei University of Economics and Business, Liu Jianchun, Director of the University's Presidential Office, Liang Jianying, Dean of the Faculty of Mathematics and Statistics, Sun Lihui, Dean of the Faculty of Information Technology, and Shang Liwei, Director of the International Exchange Center, Founder of Khazar University, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Trustees Prof. Acad. Hamlet Isakhanlı, Rector of the University Assoc.Prof. Irada Khalilova, Dean of the School of Economics and Management Jeyhun Mammadov, Dean of the Graduate School of Economics and Business Ingilab Ahmadov, Deputy Dean of Scientific Affairs of the Graduate School of Economics and Business Gunel Bahaddinova, Head of the Department of Mathematics Ali Huseynli, Lecturer of the Department of Computer Science Hafiz Mahammad Azim Akram, International Relations Department head Fatima Valiyeva and coordinator Arzu Badalova.

During the meeting, Arzu Badalova and Inqilab Ahmadov delivered a presentation outlining Khazar University and its ongoing projects. The universities engaged in discussions about fostering mutual relations and collaboration.
