On November 27, 2023, the "Norm Cement" company organized a training session entitled "Tips for Advantageous Start (Soft Skills)” through the coordination of the Career Center. Serdar Chamdal, the director of Supply and Capital Expenditure at the company, outlined the purpose of the training and commenced the session. Subsequently, he provided insight to the students on the definition of "soft skills" and how to develop them. The training concluded with recommended literature for the attendees.

On November 28, 2023, the "Reading Financial Statements" training of the "Norm cement company" was organized by the Career Center. Led by Finance Manager Dunyamin Safaraliyev, the training provided insights into the principles and products of "Norm," elucidated the concept of finance, and highlighted the rationale behind choosing this field. Dunyamin Safaraliyev then guided the students through the financial reports of "Norm Cement," demonstrating how to interpret them, identify key elements, and perform calculations.

On December 6, 2023, the Career Center organized the latest workshop for the "Norm Cement" company. The training, focusing on “Commercial Operations (Starting from beginning till being of market leader)” was facilitated by Fuad Mammadov, the Oil Well Cement and Technical Sales Manager.

The initial segment of this two-part session delivered insights into commercial operations, offering practical applications. The subsequent part engaged students through an interactive game. Divided into two teams, participants explored the feasibility of establishing a business using unlimited financial resources. Both teams formulated business plans, with team leaders presenting their strategies to the audience.

The event concluded with a question-and-answer session involving the students.
