On December 7, 2023, Khazar University, in collaboration with ICMPD (International Center for Migration Policy Development) in Azerbaijan, conducted an informational event focusing on offering social and legal education to foreign students. Fatima Valiyeva, the head of the International Relations Department, Turan Alizade, International Relations Coordinator, Eshgin Tanriverdi, an expert from the International Center for the Development of Migration Policy, Lamiya Rzayeva-Ahmedli, project responsibility holder, and Gulnara Panahova, the national integration consultant of the relocation partnership with Azerbaijan, participated in the session. The participants were briefed on ICMPD's project activities and the services provided by the integration program for foreign students

The participants informed about the activities of ICMPD within the project and the services of the integration program that foreign students can take advantage of.

Parvin Kahramanova, the leading specialist from the Central Bank of Azerbaijan's Financial Literacy Department, also contributed to the Integration Program's information session. Besides covering the fundamentals of financial literacy, she provided comprehensive insights into how international students can access and utilize bank products in Azerbaijan.
