On August 9-14, 2023, the 2nd Summer School on International Relations and Diplomacy was held in Shamakhi district with the joint partnership of Bir Voluntary Student Organization, Khazar University and Topchubashov Center.

Dr. Orkhan Valiyev, head of the Department of Political Sciences and Philosophy of Khazar University, participated in the organization of the summer school, determining the topics, and selecting students and trainers. Along with Dr. Valiyev, Dr. Elmar Mustafayev, Dr. Vlad Alex Vernygora and Dr. Vasif Huseynov, lecturers of the department, participated in the summer school and conducted trainings.
