On July 19, 2023, employees of Pakistan's Muhammad Ali Jinnah University – Prof. Dr. M. Kamran Azim, dean of the Faculty of Life Sciences, along with his colleague, visited Khazar University.

The guests met with the rector of the university Assoc. Prof. Irada Khalilova, vice-rector for International Relations Vlad Alex Vernygora, coordinator of the Life Sciences Department Jamala Eldarova and coordinator of the International Relations Office Fatima Valiyeva. Cooperation issues between the two universities were discussed at the meeting.

At the end of the meeting, gifts were exchanged between the parties.

Then, the deputy director of the Library Information Center, Aytac Misgarli and Jamala Eldarova introduced the guests to the activities of the library and the Cell Pathology Research Center accordingly.

The next day, the guests visited "Dunya" school in Ganja. They met the director of the school, Vahid Hasanli, and got to know the activities of the school.
