On May 30, 2023, a circumcision ceremony of 50 children from martyrs, veterans and low-income as well as physically disabled families, was organized by "Number One Production" (headed by Ravan Zeynalov), sponsored by F-“Holding LLC”, and the special sponsor of which was “Milan Hospital”, in the restaurant “Ay işığı” (“ Moonlight”)

At the event, Shahin Aliyev, the 3rd-year student of Khazar University's School of Economics and Management, founder and chairman of the "Eternal Union" Youth Public Union, Global Peace Ambassador of the International Global Peace Chain, headquartered in Pakistan, was awarded the "Patriots Awards" by "Number One Production". This award is presented to those who have arranged the circumcision ceremony of 50 children of martyrs and veterans, low-income families.
