On May 23, 2023, "Indonesia Day" was organized as part of the cooperation of the International Relations Office of Khazar University with the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Azerbaijan. The event was attended by international students of Khazar University – Alif Paramardhika Putera, Brilliant Windy Khairunnisa, Aldila Gonita Putri Aulia Alfi Nasri, Abdullah Miftachul Irvan, Adib Kurniawan and Dona Alicia. The purpose of the event was to strengthen the cultural exchange of international students with local students and staff.

In the presentation of international students, the nature, culture, cuisine, national costumes and traditions of Indonesia were demonstrated.

At the end of the event, a quiz was held and the winners were given gifts brought from Indonesia.
