On March 29, 2023, the next meeting of the Scientific Council of Khazar University was held. The meeting was opened by the rector of the university, the chairman of the council, associate professor Irade Khalilova, who brought the issue on the agenda to the attention of the members of the scientific council. The item on the agenda was the discussion and approval of the university's self-assessment report.

After I. Khalilova stated that the self-analysis report related to the university's accreditation was prepared, vice-rector for Educational Affairs Muhammad Nuriyev gave information about the university's self-analysis report and self-evaluation scores. He noted that the next stage will be the accreditation of each specialty. M. Nuriyev answered questions as well.

After a detailed discussion, the issue on the agenda of the scientific council was put to a vote and a positive decision was made regarding its approval.
