You have been actively involved in the public life of our country for many years, as the founder of the first private university in Azerbaijan, you have rendered exceptional services in the development of our education. Your life as a prominent scientist, well-known educator and exemplary intellectual is an example for every Azerbaijani. Khazar University, which you lead, has a special place in the educational space of Azerbaijan in the direction of training highly qualified personnel in the economic and social fields.
