On February 7, 2023, the opening of the "Strategic human resources management" educational program held by the Azerbaijan HR Institute within the framework of the Erasmus+ project "Establishment of the Conference of Rectors in Azerbaijan" (ECAR) funded by the European Commission, coordinated by Baku Business University and partnered by Khazar University.

At the opening ceremony organized at Azerbaijan University of Tourism and Management, vice-rector for Educational Affairs, doctor of philosophy, professor Zaur Baghirov and founder and director of Azerbaijan HR Institute Emil Huseynov spoke about the importance of the program.

18 people from 16 higher education institutions, which are Azerbaijan's project partners, participate in the training program, which is planned to be held for 1.5 months, and the goal is to improve human resources management in higher education institutions. Aybeniz Namazova, coordinator of the HR department, represents Khazar University in the training.
