The "BoomShakaLaka" team representing Khazar University took 3rd place in the "Students' Intellect Festival" competition held by the Azerbaijan Youth Foundation, the Public Union for Youth Education Support and 3sual.az (Question Database for Intellectual Games).

Note that more than 10 universities participated in the competition. In the first stage of the competition, a 7-week intra-university tournament called "Student League" was held at the universities located in Ganja, Nakhchivan and Baku, and the team that won the first 2 places was sent to the final stage. The winner of the intra-university competition was the "BoomShakaLaka" team. Team members: Bahruz Shabılı(Computer Engineering, M2), Nurana Shabılı (Biology Teaching, 2nd year), Huseyn Heydarli (Computer Science, 2nd year), Fuad Amraliyev (Economics, 2nd year), Khadija Abbasli ( Psychology, 3rd year) and team captain Ismayil Adigozelov(Regional Studies, 3rd year).
