On January 8, 2023, a knowledge competition dedicated to the 100th anniversary of National Leader Heydar Aliyev was held in the Marble Hall of Khazar University, jointly organized by Khazar University and Edu Company. First, the national anthem was played and a wide video about the National Leader's life path was shown.

The event was opened by the rector of the university, Assoc.prof. Irade Khalilova. The Rector reviewed the life of National Leader Heydar Aliyev and emphasized the importance of his value to science, education and art.

In the artistic part of the competition, the listeners of Edu Company performed national music.

"Suguvushan", "Aghdam", "Hadrut", "Zangilan", "Shusha" and "Lachin" teams competed in the knowledge competition. A total of 24 questions were given to the teams. "Shusha", "Lachin" and "Hadrut" teams won the 1st, 2nd and 3rd places accordingly.

The prize was presented to the winners by Samir Azizov, CEO of Edu Company Education Company, members of the company's management board, Khazar University Rector Irada Khalilova, and Alovsat Amirbeyli, the university's Director of Public Relations and Media.
