On December 13, 2022, Kirshehir Provincial Directorate of Youth Services and Sports of the Republic of Türkiye and young volunteers visited Khazar University.

The guests first visited the Nailakhanim Culture Center.

Afterwards, a literary-creative meeting of the university administration with the guests was held in the Marble Hall of the university. The meeting was attended by the rector of Khazar University Irada Khalilova, vice-rector for Academic Affairs Mahammad Nuriyev, vice-rector for Administration and Student Affairs Isakhan Isakhanli, vice-rector for International Relations Vlad Vernygora, director for Public Relations and Media Alovsat Amirbeyli, dean of the School of Humanities, Education and Social Sciences Elza Samadova, dean of the School of Economics and Management Jeyhun Mammadov, dean of the School of Science and Engineering Fakhranda Efendiyeva, coordinator of the International Relations Office Fatima Valiyeva and representatives of other departments.

Rector Irada Khalilova welcomed the Turkish delegation, who were guests of Khazar University, and gave them detailed information about the university. Numan Şahin, the director of the Kırşehir Provincial Directorate of Youth Services and Sports of the Republic of Türkiye, Aslan Uchar, the head of the department, Hakan Avşar, the project manager, and project volunteers delivered a wide presentation.

Khazar University's Chamber Orchestra performed the works of the great composer Uzeyir Hajibeyov, and the university's girls' and boys' dance ensemble surprised the guests with Azerbaijani and Turkish dances.

Numan Shahin, the director of the Kırşehir Provincial Directorate of Youth Services and Sports of the Republic of Türkiye, made a speech and expressed his deep gratitude to Khazar University administration for their hospitality and presented a thank you plaque and gifts to the rector Irada Khalilova.

Alovsat Amirbeyli, the director of Public Relations and Media of the university, spoke and informed about the guests from Kırshehir, who will be guests of Khazar University for 5 days within the framework of the Türkiye-Azerbaijani Youth Exchange program.

Within the framework of the program, the guests will get acquainted with the sights of Baku under the guidance of Fatima Valiyava, the coordinator of the International Relations Office, they will visit the Alley of Martyrs, the Baku Turkish Martyrs' Memorial.

In January of the new year, students of Khazar University will visit Kırshehir, Nevshehir, Cappadocia and Ankara within the framework of the "Turkey-Azerbaijani Youth Exchange" program.

The program of the visit will last 5 days. After the event, the founder of Khazar University, the chairman of the Board of Directors and Trustees, professor, academician Hamlet Isakhanli received the guests. Numan Shahin presented a gift to Hamlet Isakhanli and expressed his gratitude at the meeting, which took place in a friendly atmosphere.
