On October 16, 2022, the commemoration ceremony of Martyr Atamali Musaoglu, who was a graduate student of Khazar University, was held in Lokbatan settlement of Garadagh district. First, the martyr's grave was visited in Lokbatan Martyrs' Alley. On behalf of the collective of Khazar University, a wreath was placed on the grave of the martyr. University Rector Irada Khalilova, Director of Public Relations and Media Alovsat Amirbeyli, Dean of the School of Science and Engineering Fakhranda Alimardanova, Dean of the Graduate School of Science, Art and Technology Saida Sharifova and other employees took part in the wreath-laying ceremony.

After the event with the participation of the executive power of Garadagh District and students of Lokbatan, Quran was recited and funeral repast were arranged to the martyr's soul.
