The joint information of the Ministry of Science and Education and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs states that the candidate selection process for the 2022-2023 academic year for the educational grant programs that provide foreign students with the opportunity to study at the higher educational institutions of the Republic of Azerbaijan at the state expense has been completed.

Under the terms of the program, educational grants will be allocated to 20 foreign students (so a total of 40 people for both programs) on an annual basis in two directions (Organization of Islamic Cooperation and Non-Aligned Movement).

It is noted in the information that the selected students will study in 11 higher educational institutions of Azerbaijan, mainly Azerbaijan Medical University, ADA University, Khazar University.
