On September 12, 2022, Khazar University held admission exams for doctoral studies.

14 applicants who received high grades in foreign language and philosophy subjects and won the right to participate in the next stage took part in the exams. In the examination conducted by the examination commission established at the university, applicants took the exam in the fields of organization and planning of education, general pedagogy, history of pedagogy and education, general psychology, international relations, German languages, nanotechnology and nanomaterials, genetics and world literature.
