On June 27, 2022, a meeting was held with Zemfira Gafarova, professor of the Uzeyir Hajibeyli Baku Music Academy, Doctorof Philosophy in Art Studies, secretary of the Azerbaijan Composers Union, Honored Art Worker, individual scholarship holder of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, musicologist at the Azerbaijan Creative Foundation. Cultural figures and intellectuals took part in the meeting.
The meeting was opened by the deputy chairman of the foundation, honored cultural worker Rafig Kashanli, who introduced Z.Gafarova to the participants. In her speech, Z.Gafarova took a look at her life path and talked about her artisticactivity.
Speakers - professor of the Baku Music Academy, composer, People's Artist Azer Dadashov, television and film director, Honored art worker, member of the Board of Directors of the Azerbaijan Cinematography Union, professor Ogtay Babazade, professor of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, doctor of historical sciences, "Simurg" President of the Azerbaijan Culture Association, vice-president of the "Europe-Asia" International Humanitarian Academy, culturologist Fuad Mammadov, deputy editor-in-chief of "Khazar Khabar" journal, honored journalist Alirza Balayev and others characterized Z.Gafarova as an outstanding representative of Azerbaijani music science, and talked about her contributions to this field of science with her multifaceted rich activity.
In the end, Z.Gafarova answered various questions related tooth her musicology activity and the field.
