On October 29, 2021, the administration of Bogazici University in Turkey - Rector Professor Mehmet Naci Inci, Vice-Rector Gurkan S.Kumbaroglu and Secretary General Nedim Malkocu paid an official visit to Khazar University. Professor, Academician Hamlet Isaxanli, Founder of Khazar University, Chairman of its Board of Directors and Trustees, and Rector Associate Professor Irada Khalilova warmly greeted the guests and informed them about the history and activities of the university. H.Isaxanli spoke about the extensive relations with Turkish universities so far. Dean of the Faculty of Humanities, Education, and Social Sciences, Elza Samadova, delivered an extensive presentation on Khazar University. After the presentation, numerous questions of the guests were answered. 

Rectors Irada Khalilova and Mehmet Naji Inci signed a Memorandum of Cooperation. İ. Khalilova presented a gift to M. Naji Inji on behalf of the university.

H.İsaxanlı, İ.Khalilova and M. Naji Inci cut the holiday cake prepared in honor of the 98th anniversary of the establishment of the Republic of Turkey. M.Naji Inci expressed his deep gratitude to the university administration and invited them to Istanbul-Bogazici University.

The event was attended by Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Mahammad Nuriyev, Vice-Rector for Management and Student Affairs Isakhan Isaxanli, Dean of the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Engineering Fakhranda Alimardanova, Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Management Jeyhun Mammadov, Dean of Graduate School of Natural Sciences, Arts and Technology Saida Sharifova, Media Director Alovsat Amirbayli and other staff members.
