On October 9, 2021, a meeting was held with the Vice-Rector of Bogazici University of Turkey, Prof. Gurkan S.Kumbaraoglu at Khazar University. The meeting was attended by the founder of Khazar University, Chairman of its Board of Directors and Trustees, Prof. Hamlet Isaxanli, Rector of Khazar University Assoc. Prof. Irada Khalilova, Director of Public Relations and Media Alovsat Amirbeyli, Dean of the Faculty of Humanities, Education and Social Sciences Assoc. Prof. Elza Samadova, Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Management Dr. Jeyhun Mammadov, Dean of the Faculty of Sciences and Engineering Dr. Fakhranda Alimardanova.

During the meeting, opportunities for mutual cooperation between Khazar University and Bogazici University and projects planned to be implemented together were discussed.
