On October 25-28, 2019, the Music Festival dedicated to the 85^th anniversary of the Union of Azerbaijan Composers was held. The subsequent concert of the Festival, which was held in country’s several leading halls, took place 27^th of October at the Song Theater named after Rashid Behbudov. The event was attended by the leadership of the Composers Union, representatives of the music community and the audience.

At the concert, accompanied by Khazar University Chamber Orchestra (art director - Zulfiyya Sadigova, Head of Music and Fine Arts Department, honored teacher, professor, pianist), singer Rasima Seyidjahan performed the song “Baku”, which is poem of Professor Hamlet Isakhanli, the Founder of Khazar University and Chairman of its Board of Directors and Trustees, set to music by Elza Seyidjahan.
