About us

The Graduate School of Science, Arts and Technology was constituted by the order of the rector of the University dated September 30, 2020 to improve the quality of education at the master's and doctoral levels, as well as to train highly qualified specialists, scientific and scientific-pedagogical staff.

Mission

The main mission of the s Graduate School of Science, Art and Technology is to to make sure the readiness of the specialists, as well as highly qualified scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel who can work independently in the specialties that are necessary and important for the sustainable development of the country.  While performing its duties, the school is based on the fulfillment of the internal rules of the University, the applicable rules and decisions determined by the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as the requirements of the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the preparation of Master's and Doctor of Philosophy degree.

Academic programs

Graduate School of Science, Arts and Technology offers graduate and doctoral degree programs. The language of instruction at the school is mainly English, whilst in some it is in Azerbaijani. All master's and doctoral programs of the school meet the international standards. Both local and highly qualified specialists from various foreign countries get involved/participate in the teaching and research process at the school.
