UNICEF

The 3-month training program for potential school leaders started at Khazar University with the support of UNICEF.  The program started in September 2014 and will last until the middle of February 2015. The program includes one and a half months of preparation and one and a half months for the reporting period. The preparation period has been prolonged as a result of the late opening date of high schools (September 15th). The deadline for application submission was prolonged until the end of September. 150 application forms were received, and as a result of a three-tier selection process, 40 participants were identified as future potential leaders. The actual training has started on November 19th at Khazar University’s Neftchilar Campus.
