Institutional Documentation and Archives Office of Khazar University is a structural unit responsible for ensuring the efficient organization of clerical work, document circulation, and archive management within the university. The Ofiice implements a unified documentation system across the university and oversees the proper preparation, registration, processing, monitoring, and archiving of official documents.
The department’s main areas of activity include managing incoming and outgoing documents, coordinating document circulation among structural units, ensuring compliance of documents with established procedures and standards, monitoring execution deadlines, and organizing archive operations.
The office carries out its activities in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the internal regulations of the University.
