The Khazar University Career and Alumni Center offers one-on-one Career Advising Sessions for both students and alumni to support their career development and employability. Support is offered through drop-in sessions for short consultations and through pre-registered appointments made via the Appointment Request Form, which allows advisors to provide more targeted and individualized guidance.

These individualized sessions provide personalized guidance from a career advisor on a range of topics, including:

• Career planning and goal setting
• Choosing a career direction and identifying strengths
• CV/resume and motivation letter/cover letter writing
• Interview preparation and practice
• LinkedIn profile improvement and management
• Job and internship search strategies
• Internship and early career application support
• Professional communication and workplace readiness

Session Format

The Career and Alumni Center offers drop-in advising sessions to provide quick, practical support to students and alumni. These sessions are designed for short consultations on common career-related needs, such as CV/resume review, internship-related questions, job search tips, as well as other immediate concerns. The drop-in format makes it easy to receive guidance without a lengthy process and is especially useful when students and alumni need fast feedback.
