- Develop and regularly update an electronic database of undergraduate and graduate students.
- Conduct surveys to determine the alignment of students’ and graduates’ preparedness with labor market demands.
- Expand relationships and establish collaborations with local and international companies, organizations, and institutions.
- Regularly gather information on active vacancies in companies operating in the country and ensure their dissemination among students and graduates.
- Provide support for the career development of students and graduates.
- Organize various events (master classes, seminars, meetings, trainings, exhibitions, field trips, etc.) aligned with students' specialties and interests.
- Provide students with job and internship opportunities.
- Host job fairs.
- Arrange company tours and presentations.
- Create opportunities for employment or volunteer services.
- Assist students and graduates in preparing CVs, cover letters, and applications for interviews, etc.
- Identify students with high academic performance and engage them in collaboration with the Center.
- Promote active citizenship, social responsibility, patriotism, and the development of strong national, spiritual, and leadership qualities among youth.

- Develop and continuously update the alumni database.
- Enhance interactions between the university and its alumni.
- Keep in touch with alumni, monitor their career progress, and involve them in relevant activities.
- Ensure alumni participation in university events.
- Organize events based on alumni suggestions.
- Hold regular meetings with successful alumni.
- Facilitate the submission of alumni CVs to companies that prioritize their knowledge, skills, and personal qualities.
- Conduct educational events on career development for students and alumni.
- Establish and develop the Alumni Association.
- Enhance networking among alumni, organize networking events.
- Identify successful alumni, foster relations with them, and establish collaborations.
- Share information and updates about successful alumni on the university and center’s website and social media.
- Organize both formal (meetings, seminars, training sessions, masterclasses, exhibitions, alumni gatherings, etc.) and informal (tours, excursions, fairs, campaigns, visits, etc.) events with alumni.
- Arrange various events (meetings, forums, training sessions, masterclasses, seminars, etc.) for university students and staff led by alumni working in prestigious organizations.
- Provide ongoing support to alumni who are war veterans or have participated in the Patriotic War, including organizing meetings and ensuring their involvement in university activities.
- Establish an Alumni Fund.
