Program

Program: B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering

Having started education in 2016, the Khazar University Department of Mechanical Engineering offers an academic environment at international standards, with its education in English, a contemporary curriculum and ever-developing laboratory opportunities.

BS Mechanical Engineering program at Khazar University is designed to produce graduates who possess an understanding of the core analytical and advanced scientific principles of mechanical engineering to design, evaluate, and execute economic, reliable, and sustainable complex systems.

Program Objectives

The Mechanical Engineering Department at Khazar University aims at graduating BS students who are:

  • Aware of their professional responsibilities, open to teamwork, equipped with engineering, management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Preferred by companies active in R&D, and product and manufacturing method design fields.
  • Aware of social effects of engineering applications, competent enough to be employed in local and international engineering companies, have entrepreneurship spirit with an ability to establish their own spin-off companies.
  • Willing to carry out master’s and PhD studies in relevant disciplines.
