On May 4, 2022, the rector of Khazar University, Associate Professor Irada Khalilova, received Head of the Department of Political Sciences and Philosophy Farid Guliyev, Coordinator of the Faculty of Humanities, Education and Social Sciences Tarlan Orujova and Coordinator of the International Relations Office Fatima Valiyeva who visited Manisa Celal Bayar University (MCBU) in Turkey on April 25-29 as part of the Erasmus + Staff Exchange Program. They informed the rector about the visit and said that the management and staff of MCBU created favorable conditions for acquaintance with the university and holding various meetings.

Then Farid Guliyev presented the gift sent by the rector of Manisa Celal Bayar University Prof. Dr.Ahmet Ataç to the rector.
