Khazar University's Department of English Language and Literature offers language courses to help you master and improve your English. The activities of language courses do not only cover the faculty and staff of the university. In other words, anyone who wants to learn English and develop their writing, listening, speaking and reading skills in this language can apply to Khazar Language Courses.

On April 22, 2022, those who successfully completed the three-month intensive course were awarded a certificate.Thus, according to the rules of the course, at the end of the three-month course, participants take an exam on the language level, and those who show high results are awarded a certificate on behalf of the Khazar Language Courses.

At the pre-intermediate level Khazar University students Fuad Yaminli, Leyla Safarli, and Vahid Dovlatov, and at the elementary level schoolgirl Nazrin Panahova were awarded a certificate.
