Training sessions and mentor meetings gave participants the opportunity to get to know a real working environment up close, benefit from the experience of industry specialists, and develop their professional skills.
The program's mentors, Ayaz Amirov, Emil Ismayilzade, Umid Shikhmammadov, and Gunduz Mahmudov, shared their professional experience with participants and supported their development.
In the final stage of the program, participants developed projects based on the knowledge and experience they had gained and delivered presentations.
