From September 7 to 11, 2026, the ORTAK Certificate Program was organized in Ankara by Turkey’s Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB), bringing together academic and administrative leaders from various countries.
Dr. Dilara Rasulova represented the Faculty of Economics and Management in the program.
Within the framework of the program, higher education leaders from member and observer countries of the Turkic world exchanged views and experiences on pertinent topics such as quality assurance and accreditation, digitalization, open and distance education, science diplomacy, the internationalization of higher education, 21st-century skills, university-industry cooperation, and regional development.
The event served as a significant platform for comparing the higher education systems of different countries, discussing current challenges, identifying new avenues for cooperation, and formulating joint initiatives.
