Dr. Razia Isaeva, Rector of Khazar University, took part on July 11, 2026, in the "Report and Graduate Day" event for the 2025–2026 academic year of the "Engineering Training and Defense Industry Ecosystem Development Program," carried out jointly by the Ministry of Defense Industry and the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

At the opening ceremony, Vugar Mustafayev, Minister of Defense Industry of the Republic of Azerbaijan, delivered a speech in which he emphasized the importance of the program in training highly qualified engineering personnel for the country's defense industry, expanding university-industry cooperation, and developing human capital.

As part of the event, the heads of higher education institutions that supported the implementation of the "Specialized Academic Training Program" were honored. Dr. Razia Isaeva, Rector of Khazar University, was awarded a letter of appreciation by Minister of Defense Industry Vugar Mustafayev for her support of the program, her contribution to training qualified personnel for the defense industry, and her contribution to the development of human capital. This award reflects the high appreciation of Khazar University's contribution to the development of engineering education, the strengthening of cooperation with industry, and the training of competitive specialists for the country's priority sectors.
