Tural Shaban, a third-year student in the Electrical and Electronics Engineering program at Khazar University's School of Sciences and Engineering, successfully completed the "Specialized Academic Training Program" organized as part of the "Engineering Training and Defense Industry Ecosystem Development Program," carried out jointly by the Ministry of Defense Industry and the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and was awarded a "Certificate of Excellence" on July 11, 2026.

The program, in which only 70 students were selected from more than 750 applications nationwide, covered various fields of engineering — electronics, mechanics, PCB design, artificial intelligence, and embedded systems. Tural Shaban applied in the electronics track and was among the students admitted to the program.

On the theoretical and practical training period, which ran from February 16 to June 15, 2026, participants were given practical assignments in the design and development of electronic circuits. As part of the program, students were tasked with building 22 electronic circuits.

Tural Shaban fully completed the development of all 22 electronic circuits assigned to him, ranking among the top-performing participants of the program. In recognition of this achievement, he was awarded a "Certificate of Excellence," approved and signed by Hidayat Azimov, Deputy Minister of Defense Industry of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

This achievement by the Khazar University student reflects the knowledge and skills he has gained in electronics and modern engineering, as well as his active participation in practical projects. The participation of university students in industry-oriented programs makes a significant contribution to the professional development of future engineers.
