An official meeting was held on July 2, 2026, between representatives of Khazar University and Bayramli Group.

Khazar University was represented at the meeting by Dr. Razia Isaeva, Rector of the University; Dr. Fakhrandа Afandiyeva, Dean of the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Engineering; Dr. Jamala Eldarova, Head of the Department of Life Sciences; and Dr. Javid Ojagi, Associate Professor at the Department of Life Sciences.

Bayramli Group was represented by founder Javid Bayramli, Director Sevda Suleymanova, Dr. Khalid Bayramli, Head of the Department of Laboratory Establishment, Development, and Personnel Training, as well as Narmin Mammadova, specialist in procurement and the application of chemical methods.

During the meeting, the parties discussed prospects for cooperation in the fields of science, education, and innovation. One of the main topics was the potential for collaboration in establishing a Molecular Biology and Genetics laboratory at Khazar University that meets contemporary standards.

Discussions were also held on equipping the laboratory with modern equipment, organizing its operations in line with international standards, strengthening research potential, training specialists, and implementing joint research projects in the future.

The meeting proved productive in terms of developing mutual cooperation and continuing the partnership on a long-term basis. The parties reached an agreement on determining the next steps toward establishing the Molecular Biology and Genetics laboratory and continuing joint activities.
