Hakan Tetik, Assistant Manager of the Supply Department at Atılım University, Türkiye, visited Khazar University from June 1 to 5, 2026, within the framework of the Erasmus+ Staff Mobility Programme.
At the meeting organised by the International Relations Office, staff members from the Maintenance and Construction Department, the Organisational Documentation Department, the Human Resources Department, and the International Relations Office were in attendance.
The guest was provided with detailed information about Khazar University, and a presentation covering the university's operations, management system, and international cooperation opportunities was delivered. During the meeting, discussions were held on the activities of the structural units of both universities, the organisation of administrative and technical processes, working principles, as well as applied practices. Similar and differing approaches were discussed between the parties, and mutual experience was exchanged.
As part of the visit, Hakan Tetik familiarised himself with the operations of the university's relevant departments, met with staff members, and was briefed on their working processes.
Such collaborations realised within the Erasmus+ programme contribute to strengthening the exchange of experience between partner universities and to the development of institutional ties.
