First-year students of the Primary School Teaching program at Khazar University have presented their project works developed as part of the Azerbaijani Literature course for the Spring Semester of 2026.
As part of the projects carried out under the supervision of PhD Ilkiyya Hajiyeva, students staged M.F.Akhundzada's "The Story of Monsieur Jordan, the Botanist, and the Dervish Mastali Shah, the Famous Sorcerer," N.Vazirov's "The Misfortune of Fakhraddin," H.Javid's "Mother," Anar's "The Last Night of the Passing Year," and F.Mustafa's "The Scarecrow."
Students also produced video clips based on U.Hajibayli's operettas "Arshin Mal Alan" and "If Not That One, Then This One." Filmed at various locations in accordance with the requirements of the works, the productions were screened in the classroom and assessed according to relevant criteria.
The assessment criteria included comprehension of the thematic content and subject matter of the work, directorial and stage work, acting performance, presentation skills, creativity, and originality.
