On May 26, a presentation of Khazar University and a competition on the topic of “Business-Marketing” were organized at Nizami Secondary School No. 1 in Balakan city.

Honored teacher and school principal Shafiga Tutunchuyeva spoke at the event emphasizing the importance of holding such educational events at the school for the development of pupils.

Later, representatives of Khazar University — Dean of the School of Economics and Management Dr. Dilara Rasulova, Department Coordinator Polad Orujov, and Assistant Lamiya Hashimli — spoke and informed the students about the university. During the speeches, information was provided about the opportunities created for students and students’ questions were answered.

At the same time, Shafiga Chiraqi, a second-year student in the finance specialty of the School of Economics and Management, spoke at the event, shared her experience and shared her thoughts on university life with the participants.

The second part of the event continued with a competition on the topic of “Business-Marketing”. Students completed the tasks in teams and made a final presentation in 4 stages. Then, they held a discussion around the topic "What did we learn today?" and made their own assessments.
