Ergun Salamov, who has over 20 years of experience and currently serves as Commercial Director at Ulu Hospitality Group, possesses extensive expertise in sales, marketing, and operations management. Throughout his career, he has worked on various projects, contributing to sector development, enhancement of customer experience, and the formulation of commercial strategies.

During the guest lecture, the speaker informed students about pathways to entering the labor market, career planning in the sector, and stages of professional development. He also spoke about the role of sales and marketing strategies in the hotel business, improving customer satisfaction, and the application of sound commercial approaches.
